Marthe Nachtman
Marthe Nachtman is a French-Czech-Senegalese graphic designer and art director based in Paris. A graduate of École de Condé, she develops a visual practice at the crossroads of graphic design, illustration, and editorial storytelling. Her work explores themes of memory, identity, and representation through a sensitive, socially engaged, and contemporary lens. Specializing in visual identity, print design, and cultural projects, she collaborates with institutions, brands, and artistic initiatives that promote strong and inclusive narratives. Her art direction is marked by a refined use of typography, attention to visual rhythm, and a bold, expressive aesthetic that amplifies powerful messages. Through her projects, Marthe Nachtman questions dominant visual narratives and brings marginalized voices—especially afro-descendant perspectives, to the forefront. She sees graphic design as a tool for critical reflection and cultural transformation, positioning her work at the intersection of design, activism, and storytelling.
