Anna is a project lead and fundraising strategist with experience in strategic design, institutional coordination, and community development. Her work operates at the intersection of cultural production, organizational development, and social impact, with a strong focus on building sustainable structures for long-term institutional growth. At the Pan-African Biennale, Anna supports the organisation’s fundraising and project development efforts, contributing to the financial and operational foundations that enable the Biennale’s curatorial and public programmes. Working closely with the core team, she helps ensure that partnerships, collaborations, and funding strategies align with the Biennale’s broader vision of continental connection, cultural equity, and African-led knowledge production. Her background spans the public and cultural sectors, where she has worked on initiatives advancing racial justice, systemic reform, and community empowerment. Her approach is rooted in storytelling as a tool for social change and institutional accountability. She has contributed to projects such as Southern Voices and Refugee Tales, and previously served as Director of Freedom of Mind, where she developed inclusive mental health programmes and intersectional cultural events.
